Dave Disque, a Project Manager on our team, has worked with the Bethel Park School District over the last four and a half years during the construction of their new High School and renovations to Neil Armstrong Middle School. To thank Dave for his assistance in the successful outcomes of these projects, the Board of School Directors and Administration presented him with a certificate of appreciation on October 15, 2013 and recognized him with the following excerpts:
“The construction of the new Bethel Park High School was the largest construction undertaking this district has tackled in a long time, and we knew we had to get it right on every level. We definitely got it right when we hired Massaro Construction Management Services to serve as our Project Manager, and they appointed you as our On-Site Manager.
Your oversight of the project, as well as your commitment to detail and creative thinking, not only ensured we built a state-of-the-art facility, but also that the project was done correctly and brought in under budget.
We greatly appreciated all of the time you put into the high school project, so much so that we knew we needed your guidance to get us through the aggressive construction schedule at Neil Armstrong Middle School. Your expertise enabled the district to complete the upgrades at Neil over six months, rather than spread out over two summers. Again, you shepherded that project to a successful conclusion–and under budget, too!
We also appreciated your willingness to share your expertise and be there for us when we needed someone to bounce ideas off of for other smaller maintenance projects throughout the school district.
Please know that we could not have completed these two projects as seamlessly and successfully without you. We will miss you around the district, and we wish you much success on whatever your next assignment is for Massaro.”
