Indiana University of Pennsylvania - Keith and Leonard Halls

Indiana, PA – Massaro CM was hired by the Department of General Services to conduct reviews of cost estimates, constructability reviews, and site logistics plans for Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s Keith and Leonard Halls project. The new six-floor building located on the lawn next to Stapleton Library, between Clark and Sutton Halls, is part of the long range campus master plan to consolidate its operations and foster collaboration. It will house the College of Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS). It includes seven academic programs, 31 classrooms, a 250 seat auditorium, great hall, atrium, 8 conference rooms, several specialty classrooms and a coffee shop.

"During the school year, our entire building is being renovated in three different phases and two of those phases are occurring while students are in the building. To this point there has been little disruption to our learning environment given the scope of the work. The two on-site managers are professional, productive, and able to answer my questions as the project moves along. Massaro has my recommendation for this type of work in the future."

-Robert Scherrer, Ed. D., Principal at Pittsburgh Science and Technology Academy

"I have worked with a number of quality construction management companies in the years that I have been doing roofing construction - but I have never been as wholly impressed with an organization as I am with Massaro. It was a pleasure to work with many of your personnel and I look forward to working with your company again on future projects."
